Usage Directions

    1. Move cursor over my account and select log in

    2. Log in using your email address and password

    3. Move cursor over reservations and select on room request form

      • To obtain a password, contact the Events Dept., 281.649.6800. 

      • This service is only available to Ministry Coordinators

    4. Submit request

    5. Make sure to request the building and room of choice

    6. Log-out once you are complete with the VEMS

Special Notes:

  1. Request for space must be received two weeks (14 days) prior to the event date.

  2. Please make sure to provide special set ups, equipment needed, number of people attending, childcare requests, etc.

  3. Once setups have been completed by the maintenance department they will not be changed due to their daily work load.
